Gone North!

Hello, guys! I will now blog about my Northern trip with my Mom, my Sister and my Nephew.
I've been to these places a lot of times already that they actually have a special place in my heart now.

DAY 1 (April 11)

At 8:30 am we drove up to Dagupan for our 2 nights stay there before we went to Baguio on Wednesday morning. My sister who's been driving for 9 years already, drove through NLEX, SCTEX and TPLEX for mainly a quite few hours. She's been speeding up to 130 kph. I fastened my seat belt real tight.

We took a Drive thru at Mcdonalds Petron for breakfast.
We ordered Cheesy Eggdesal which is pretty delicious. + Coke for me, and Coffee for them.
Yup, coke for my morning drink

After nearly 3 to 4 hrs, we finally arrived at the place we're staying in.
It was DAGUPAN VILLAGE HOTEL.

The room we stayed in was really nice. Two beds, nice interior, nice furniture and a classy bathroom.
It cost 1,250 per night. Pretty good for a nice room. And also, their aircon was really cold! Thumbs up for that for beating up the heat there.

(The heat in provinces was quite hotter that the heat in Valenzuela/Manila)

We stayed at the hotel the whole day then we went out for sumptuous dinner and called it a day.
We also bought their famous cream puffs and silvanas for dessert take out hehehe

(At Jam Sweet Jam, Restaurant)

Ofc, some of the night's Snapchat!

DAY 2 (April 12)

2nd day, and we went to CSI Mall. So many thrift shop right inside the mall.
And then, we went swimming that night on a resort. Too lazy to take photos because it was night time already.

Here's some snaps. Hehehe

DAY 3 (April 13)

We drove to Baguio..

ZIGZAGS AND SHARP CURVES, EVERYONE..

After few hours drive..

We finally arrive at the Hotel, STARWOOD HOTEL near Baguio General Hospital.

Chill for rest of the day and went out for dinner and Baguio Night Market.

We went home around 1am. PS: The taxi fares were so cheap!!!

DAY 4 (April 14)

Day 4 finally and my stomach was acting up since the day we arrived at Baguio. I was having a LBM. My tummy hurts that I prefer to stay all day at the hotel. Good thing there's medicine for stomach shts. Hahahahha but but but it came to the point I'm really not feeling so well.

Thanks Diatabs, Imodium and etc., at the afternoon we managed to go to SM Baguio and take a stroll at Burnham Park because my nephew wants to ride a bike, But hell, it was so crowded that we didn't even enjoy biking.,.

End of 4th day. I'm so tired and partly sick

DAY 5 (April 15)

So the last day before we head back home..

Packed things.. Last day of gala then head straight to Manila.

Ofc, some snaps! :)

We first went to Mines View Park for pasalubong

HOW TO COOK AN EGG?

Do you have an idea how to cook an Egg? I guess since the egg was made, people had lots of ideas how to cook it. Fried eggs are simple to make. And here's the easiest and most common way to cook an egg:

First, prepare all the ingredients and condiments you will use.

Second, heat the Pan, where you will cook the egg. Make sure that the pan is well cleaned then put an Oil or butter for better tasting.

Next, when the pan is heated already and place the egg in the center of the pan. Better use a fork of any hard material to break the egg in the middle of it. Be careful.

Then, Get a pinch of salt in the egg's red and wait till the egg white is fully white (not transparent).

Lastly, use a spatula to make the egg not to stick on the pan and slowly place it in the plate.

And there you go! You had already made a very common yet tasty FRIED EGG!
Hope you like it.
Happy eating, everyone! :)
